NARO General Message Board

A NARO member in Oklahoma would like any information regarding lease activity in Kiowa County, Colorado.  Land description being S/2 Sec19 Twn19S R44W and....  the SE/4 of Sec5 Twn20S R52W.  Apparently a landman has sent out his lease with 4-5 yr primary with a 4-5 "option?" and 15% royalty. I've located the properties and see their are no permits or drilling as of yet in those 2 sections but any information would be greatly appreciated!  Thank you.
