    I hold mineral leases within various counties in Montana.  How much impact on leasing should I expect if the Keystone Pipeline is passed?

    My immediate response is no impact because of the very different quality of crude oil produced.  If your holdings reside in the Bakken area I see and even smaller possible impact.
