    Anyone getting lease offers here?  I have offer from Cordillera for Section 21 of $1750 and 3/16, $1000 and 1/5, -0- and 1/4 .

    Or other news of lease offers therebouts?

    I can find five leases of record & no bonus amounts.  3 = 3 yrs & 3/16, 2 = 3 yrs. & 1/4  Most of the leasing is west of your township.

    $1750 is not bad for here currently. I'd certainly consider it. You could have received $2500 a few months ago likely, but I doubt you'll get that here now. Cordillera pulled out of Beckham a short while ago, but have since returned. Get leased while you can I'd say.
