    Since the begining of 2011, 17 Sec 27 leases have been placed of record and all to David W. Potts Land & Expl.  All are 3 years and 3/16.  The closest recent pooling was ordered 2/16/12 for GLB Expl, 80 acres spacing at: $250 & 1/8, $225 & 3/16 or zero and 1/5.

    XTO is paying $500/acre in various parts of Love County for Woodford Shale prospects.  I don't remember if they are close to your minerals.   I recently leased small tracts in Sec. 15 & 22. 6S 1E for $100 & 1/5th.  They also offered $150 & 3/16ths.  The main consideration in my lease is the Woodford is NOT included in this lease
