EQT post-production deductions

    I just noticed EQT has been making deductions from the owner's revenue in the royalty statements.  Not only that, they are reporting the full, pre-deduction amount to the IRS.  The 1973 flat rate lease changed to a 1/8 lease in 1977, but says nothing about post production costs.  Is anyone else dealing with this problem, or is there an ongoing class action?

    Our EQT lease is flat rate. However, I think you could ask them why via certified letter. Quote the lease.
