    Carroll 12, Belmont 9, Monroe 3, Guernsey 3, Stark 2, Jefferson 2, Columbiana 2, Wyandot 1, Tuscarwas 1, Portage 1, Muskingum 1, Marion 1, Mahoning 1, Holmes 1 & Harrison 1.

    I passed nar Zaneville in April and local appraisers have told me that the issue of leases and drilling sites is front and center in the area.  If there hasn't been an Ohio Townhall meeting, we should consider it and hopefully get ahead of some of the leasing so that mineral owners can avoid the post-production trap and other leasing pitfalls.
