Ed Hazard is President of NARO-California and a Certified Minerals Manager. Ed and his family are Santa Barbara County mineral and royalty owners. With deep roots in agriculture, real estate, and ranching, he fights every day to protect mineral rights for hundreds of thousands of owners across the state.
Bob Nelson serves as Santa Barbara County’s Fourth District Supervisor, representing the Santa Maria Valley and North County. A former teacher and longtime local resident, he brings a practical approach to public service and has been actively involved in the County’s debate over proposed oil shutdown measures.
Eric White, P.G., is Vice President and Geologist at Numeric Solutions. He specializes in geologic modeling, UIC permitting, and carbon storage projects, with deep expertise across California’s energy landscape.
Ramon Elias is a NARO-California Board Member and veteran oil and gas engineer and executive. With decades of hands-on experience, including leadership at Santa Maria Energy and Pacific AgriTec, he brings practical industry knowledge to the table.
Jeff Jennings is an attorney at Pacific Legal Foundation focusing on environmental and natural resources matters. He litigates to defend property rights, responsible resource development, and protection against regulatory overreach. Jennings is representing NARO-California members and Santa Barbara County mineral owners John and Melinda Morgan in the Pacific Legal Foundation’s federal court challenge to SB 1137.
Ed Renwick serves as NARO-California Vice President and General Counsel and is an attorney with Hanna and Morton LLP. With more than 60 years of experience handling oil, gas, and natural resources law, he has won key cases and guided complex matters protecting property rights against government overreach, including three successful lawsuits filed on behalf of NARO-California.
Mario Juarez is a Santa Maria native and partner at Juarez, Adam & Farley, LLP. With 26 years of experience in business litigation and real estate law, he brings deep local knowledge and firsthand understanding of the effects these policies have on Santa Barbara County landowners.
Rich Adam is a partner at Juarez, Adam & Farley, LLP with more than 25 years of experience in environmental, land use, and natural resources law. A Santa Maria attorney with deep roots in the region, he focuses on protecting property rights and navigating complex local government regulations.
Eric Eisenhammer is NARO-California Director of Public Affairs and CEO of Dauntless Communications. A seasoned taxpayer advocate and coalition builder, he brings extensive energy policy experience and has been published in the Sacramento Bee, Capitol Weekly, Monterey County Herald, and other publications.
